Corporate Conference Facilities
We offer indoor, heated conference facilities and a banqueting hall for groups of up to 500 people across 2 corporate suites, and large marquee hire also available. Our conference rooms can be decked out to meet your needs, and have a number of extras available including WI-FI, projectors, built-in PA system, flip charts and more.
Our excellent facilities also include hot showers, real brick-built flushing toilets (not port-a-loos like some others), vast picnic area with seating for 100’s,
Food & Drink
Our fully customisable catering options will offer the perfect culinary delights to match your budget and requirements from 5-star roast dinner silver dining service to gourmet buffet lunch, American style BBQ burgers and even a full hog roast available. Any food you can think of, we can do.
Tea and Coffee are available throughout your event, and we can even lay on a fully stocked bar if you are looking to take the event into the evening, with a selection of fine wines and top-shelf spirits available.

Location and Accommodation
Mayhem is ideally located for London, Essex and Hertfordshire with excellent transportation links from the M25 and M11 motorways, and we also offer a free pick-up and drop-off service to Theydon Bois station on the Central Line.
If you would prefer to travel in style, we also have an excellent relationship with our local coach company who can lay on luxury coaches for single and return journeys, at preferential rates.
If you are travelling from afar or would like to make your multi-activity event over more than one day, we can also liaise with local hotels of varying qualities and pricing to arrange accommodation on your behalf. If you want the full outdoors experience, we have even put on camping for you, and even some night time activities such as military training and exercises, bar, band, disco and DJ.
We have hard standing parking for hundreds of cars and dozens of coaches.
Photo and Videography
If you want to make your event extra special, we can also arrange for a photographer or videographer team who can film your event and create a lasting memory of the day and they can even create a short showreel that would be ready that same day, great for an ending to a meal or presentation ceremony.

We use only the very best equipment for our customers. For our paintball games, we are the only site in the UK that provides thermal double glazed goggles with a soft foam as standard, and we also provide all our customers with camouflage overalls, tactical vest to carry your paintballs in and semi-automatic paintball marker with air bottle and hopper.
Looking for something a bit more realistic? No problem at all. We also have gun upgrades available including M16 and MP5 replica guns to hire for the day.
